    XXXXX is the most curteous, polite, extreemly professionale, who has actually come in early in her own time to treat me as i was in severe pain. I admire her approach to her profession and would gladly recomend her to anyone, which i have allready done. the best; 10 gold stars!
    XXXXXX was absolutely brilliant and there is nothing you can do to improve the service apart from thanking XXXX for doing an amazing job
    i was very pleased with my clinician,he was very imformative and helpful,
    XXXX was always very prompt and courteous! He made me feel very comfortable by his knowledge of the problem.
    To offer more then 6 sessions as I found the treatment very helpful, but not long enough. I always felt comfortable and happy with the care.

    I was very satisfied with the treatment I received and pleased with the information given to enable me to exercise at home. The initial consultation which explained to me how the joints of the neck worked and what was causing my pain was extremely informative and helpful.

    I was extremely impressed with the Professionalism of the service that was offered, the sessions took place at my local Dr. Surgery so was very convenient xxx was extremely good in explanation of the treatment, and went to great lengths to explain how the neck worked and what he intended to do with a treatment plan. My neck is much improved thanks to the treatment that I received from xxx. Your service is extremely good and timely, and I thank you very much……..Mrs xxxx

    Very nice service xxxx is very good n kind . He explains you everything and does his job very nicely . Very satisfied with the treatment I received . Had pain relief upto 90% which I didn’t expect . Thank you xxx very much .

    I found xxxx to be extremely helpful and her enthusiasm for her job was plain to see. I thought she was excellent and had my treatment not been through the NHS, I would recommend her to anybody that I knew. All in all a great service from xxxxx, much appreciated.

    I would very much like to see the option of regular check ups like I have with my asthma, and have some ongoing treatment when needed to maintain my back and neck health long term.

    The only thing I felt was that it was too far apart between appointments, although understand am not the only patient, also only limited appointments feel maybe there should be scope to expand treatments if necessary, not always solved in the four sessions, again understand I can speak to doctor and be referred for further treatment, but maybe clinician could make that decision? but overall very impressed with quality of treatment and information on how to help myself with self management and exercises to help. many thanks to lady(dawn) who treated me.

    I have been very impressed by the service I have received from xxxx. He has over the last few weeks, managed to completely ‘turn around’ my situation and make it so much easier for me to sleep and carry out my normal duties. This was achieved without any painful manipulation etc; I am very grateful for the help I have had and thank you very much.

    I have been very pleased with the service I have received.I am feeling so very much better. On each of my visits xxxx was so gentle but has managed to diagnose the source of my pain . With ongoing treatment , I am able to sleep at night and manage my daily life so much easier. Many thanks and much appreciation for you help.

    I am very impressed that thi service is now available under the NHS and the appointment was available very quickly at my convenience. The whole process was very helpful and hopefully will enable me to manage my injury better and prevent any major recurrance,
